All Worx Electrical have been engaged under a Design & Construct to complete the staged lobby refurbishment of this prestigious commerical building.

EOTF
This project involves the fitout of end of trip facilities (EOTF), Alterations to the existing Main Switch board, sub mains, new EOTF DB, C-bus lighting control & feature lighting.
Australia Square
Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade
This project involves the staged replacement of the building’s existing Main
Switchboards located on Level 3, Level 19 and Level 35. Paralleling of existing and proposed Main Switchboards to facilitate the changeover of existing submains cabling. Replacement of all MIMS cabling with fire rated cable & containment to meet AS3013. Expand and modify the existing PLC system in order to cater for the
new ATS units and motorised circuit breakers.
Provision to power existing tenants/facilities with temporary consumer mains if
they cannot be isolated for the duration of any of the staged shut downs. The
building was fully occupied with tenants throughout project duration.
