All Worx Electrical was charged with providing a state of the art fit out for MYOB across 3 levels within 68 working days. The project is located at 309 Kent Street, Sydney CBD.

The project involved the fitout of 3 Communication Rooms, 260 x work stations, 20+ Meeting/Collaboration areas, 1 x Boardroom, 3 x Training Rooms, 6 mobbing areas, 3 x Tea points & 3 curved staircases.

 

All Worx Electrical was engaged under a Design and Construct Contract to complete the design, supply, install and commissioning services for MYOBs new work areas:

• Fibre Installation and testing

• Feature Lighting

• CBUS Lighting Control 

• Final sub circuits, outlets and accessories

• Sub mains Mechanical Equipment

• General lighting

• Emergency escape lighting and exit signage
